CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
What do I need to bring to class?
For quilting, sewing, or embroidery classes, you will need to bring your own machine, tools, notions, and materials as listed in the class description. Some of these classes may have kits available for purchase, which will be noted in the listing. We provide a cutting table and ironing station for shared use.
What’s included in wreath-making classes?
Wreath-making classes are kit-based — your kit will include everything you need to make the project. You’re welcome to bring extras such as a glue gun or specialty ribbon if you wish.
When will new classes be posted?
Our class schedule is posted here and on our social media pages as soon as dates are confirmed. Sign up for our email list to get early access to registration links.
What if I need to cancel a class?
We offer a 48-hour cancellation window before the class start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be credited toward another class — we understand that life happens and sometimes crafting has to wait.
RETREATS
When is your first retreat?
Our first Needle & Fire Retreat is planned for Spring 2026. Dates and pricing will be announced later in 2025.
Do you offer lodging for retreats?
Yes! We own a nearby Airbnb that sleeps 4–6 guests. There is also a hotel close to the retreat venue for those who prefer to stay there.
What’s included in the retreat fee?
Retreat fees include workspace, access to a cutting table and ironing station, scheduled demonstrations, and meals. Lodging is not included.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! If you’re local, choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. We also offer pickup at certain craft fairs and events — check our schedule for dates.

How long will my custom order take?
Turnaround time (TAT) varies based on the project and our current workload. We’ll provide an estimated completion date once we review your request.
Is there a deposit for custom orders?
Yes — we require a deposit before starting custom work. The amount will be confirmed when we send your quote.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Are your products handmade?
Yes — every item is made by hand in our Arkansas studio. Many are one-of-a-kind due to variations in fabric, thread, and embellishments.
How should I care for my items?

Earrings: Store flat and avoid moisture.

Tea Towels: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, warm iron as needed.

Ornaments: Spot clean only; store in a cool, dry place.
