• Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of payment.

• We ship within the United States only at this time.

• Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and destination.

• Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

• Local pickup is available — choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.

Custom Orders
Custom order turnaround times (TAT) vary depending on project size and our current workload. We’ll provide an estimated completion date before we accept payment.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs (when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
