Shipping Policy

Most ready-made items and in-stock products, including fabric, notions, kits, and finished goods, ship within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped using the most economical shipping method available unless the customer selects a different shipping option at checkout.

Custom items, personalized work, longarm services, and made-to-order products require additional time. Turnaround time varies depending on the project and our current workload. We will keep you updated on the estimated completion time and will ship your order once the item is finished.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at needleandfireworkshop.com as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Local pickup may be available when offered at checkout.
