Spend the day making a variety of Christmas ornaments using your embroidery machine.

We’ll work with several ornament styles, including stitched ornaments and clear-vinyl/shaker-style designs. You’ll learn how to work with the different materials and construction techniques while creating several ornaments to take home.

This is a project-based embroidery workshop, not an Embroidery 101 class. Participants should already be comfortable operating their embroidery machine, hooping, loading designs, and changing thread.

Your registration includes:

• Embroidery designs used during the workshop
• Fabric, felt, and clear vinyl as needed
• Stabilizer
• Ribbon and hanging materials
• Shaker fillers and other specialty supplies

Please bring:

• Embroidery machine in good working order
• 4" × 4" and 5" × 7" embroidery hoops
• Embroidery thread
• Basic embroidery supplies
• Scissors and normal machine tools
• Lunch or snacks for the day

Because stitch times vary by design and machine, we will not guarantee a specific number of finished ornaments. The goal is to make several ornaments while learning different techniques you can use again at home.
