Learn the basics of Foundation Paper Piecing while making a Snail Trail trivet in this hands-on workshop.

We’ll work through the project step by step, including how to read a foundation paper pattern, position your fabric, sew on the lines, trim, press, and build your block in the correct order. This is a good introduction to FPP if you’ve wanted to try the technique but weren’t ready to commit to a larger quilt project.

No Foundation Paper Piecing experience is required. You should be comfortable operating your sewing machine.

• Basic sewing notions

A cutting station and ironing station will be available for shared use.
